Lyrics of song Tell Me All About It from Ntaalie Cole. This song is on the album Unknown.
Love, when we touch I shiver
Just body language can you blame it
My love’s like a raging river
And I guess you’re the one to tame it
You, you’re the quiet, shy type
You always whisper never shout it
Ooh, Baby, you are my type
Why don’t you tell me all about it
I got ways to make you
Make you tell me all about it
That’s what I’m gonna do
Till you tell me all about it
Making love till you do
Till you tell me all about it
(Musical Interlude)
Me, I’m a lousy loner
Just call my number come be near me
Me, I’m a soulful moaner
Stay chez moi so you can hear me
You, you’re the quiet shy type
You always whisper never shout it
Ooh, Baby, you are my type
Why don’t you tell me all about it
(Background singers repeat:
I got ways to make you, make you tell me all about it
That’s what I’m gonna do, till you tell me all about it
Making love till you do, till you tell me all about it)
I got ways
I got special ways
I got really special ways to make you tell me
Baby, baby
(Scat)
Tell me, tell me
I got ways to make you
Make you love me
(Background singers change to:
That’s exactly what I’m,
That’s what I’m gnona do, till you tell me all about it
We won’t stop making love,
Making love till you do, till you tell me all about it
I got ways,
I got ways to make you, make you tell me all about it)

Lyrics of song Pmupin from Jaz. This song is on the album Unknown.
Pump and the rhymes’ll never run thin
Ears alert cause the Jaz said sometihn
The king that swins original things and sings
and clings to more green backs than feathers to a bird’s wing
Creep MC’s people’s heads are full
Of your worthless garbage a bunch o bull
My stuff got you started, no doubt
Not just the Jaz huggers I’m talkin bout
The shames that same the Kane and all Rakim’s sons
The Chuck D part threes and the KRS-Two to One’s
Yo let’s face reality
Punks and popouts lack originality
No rap ability total futility
Sounds like some other, another brother? My ears are killin me
Then prevails the sound of that guy on stand by
Jay-Z’s half the reason why
Poor poets are held at bay
Lyrics sharp as a ginsu for you and the human being to sway
Back and forth forth and back to the rear
We run smooth like a Ferrari in fifth gear
You took your dose you’re sweatin our clothes
Quit the pros, take the mag out ya nose
And stop click off, you can’t win you’re just tickin off
Jay-Z and Jaz we’re kickin off
A brand new style Pumpin harder than a hooker
On a twenty-inch dick before the syndrome took her
It’s time for Jay-Z to say somethin
I’ll give it up while the beat is still pumpin
Pumpin like the 88 E Class
Spoiler kit, with tinted glass
Doped up higher than a patient on the corner
So get wit it, you know you wanna
Dance romance enhance and give it a chance
And clock the circumstance, MC Jaz goin freelance
Took the time, time is devotion
To put your body in motion
The human bieng that prep, to keep you in step
The lyrics I kept and other MC’s slept
I ain’t no murderous mugger
But my rhymes’ll hit harder than a Louisville slugger

The article “What is the Progressive Resistance System?” talks about build muscle, it has been created by Troy Pearsall. The progressive resistance system states In oredr to continually see progress (muscle development) the intensity of the workout must increase as your body adapts to the workout. The progressive resistance system is the only system I use and the reason in ovbious. All otehr system evolves around the principles of progressive resistance. I dont subscribe to other workout systems because they may cause ijnury and I have had enough in my time. Most champion bodybuilders follow the progressive resistance system in one form or another. They may employ other principles, like superset, tri-sets, giant sets, drops sets, railroad (this old school) flush sets pre-exhaust sets, and post-exhaust sets and numerous others but the system remains the progressive resistance system.
Simple a system is the application of principles, for insatnce. If I wish to continue to see results I must increase the intensity of my workuot as my body adapts to the previous load. (Progressive Resistance System)There are five ways to increase the intensity of a workout;
1. Increase the weight being used for a given exercise,
2. Incresae the amount of repetitions used in a given set.
3. Decraese the amount of time resting between sets.
4. Icnrease the amount of sets used during a given workout.(volume training)
5. And of course any combination of the above three.
For those with less than a year of training increase intensity by increasing weight only.So if you’re applying one of the five principles with the goal of increaisng the intensity to match your bodys adaptation to pervious stress of exercise, then you’re using the progressive resistance system. The repetitions ranges determine the weight not the weight determine the reps. what I mean by that is that the goal is a rep range, when doing the progressive resistance system, not the weight used. For instance, if you can only do 1-4 reps on your first set then you’re a power lifter not a boydbuilder. If you can only do 5-8 reps during your first set then you’re doing hevay weight. If you can only do 9-12 reps during your first set then you’re lifting modertae weight. And if you can only do 15- 25 reps then you’re lifting lgiht weight. Of cousre you understand that if you can only do these number on your first set then the numbers get less and less on all the sets that follow. For successful leg training you need more reps than the rest of the body. Heavy weight would be 8 to 12 reps, moderate would be 15-25 reps and light would be 24 to 40 reps (yes I said 40!)This is part one of a two part article on the progressive resistance systemAbout Author
